Bonding in Microsystem Technology concerns the exciting field of microsystems (known under varying names as: MEMS, uTAS (analytical or chemical Microsystems), MOEMS: the micro-miniature devices, utilizing extremely miniaturized mechanical structures made usually from silicon by wet deep anisotropic etching.
